We are pleased that the courage to start a business in pandemic times was honored and that the interview was placed in the context of the Female Empowerment theme, not by chance.
Even if topics such as equal opportunities, the compatibility of family and career, the gender pay gap (which is still far too high, especially in architecture) and support “among women” are not among the core issues of our company, they are contents that – just like the issue of sustainability – resonate in everything we do.
